What the role of R&D Engineer involves
Hold on, because this is not an ordinary R&D role. We are looking for curious, analytical individuals who look ahead and identify problems, even before they arise. Standard solutions are not enough, and no two days are the same.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Developing complete concept designs — including in-depth analysis and calculations
- Realizing high-quality and complex machines, devices, and products for various clients
- Creating detailed technical documentation, including 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings
- Getting hands-on with building
- Working closely with colleagues to design and optimise integrated technical solutions
Your profile
You should have:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering) in a technical field
- Either you’re just starting out, or you already have experience
- Analytical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture
- Enthusiasm for challenging, varied projects
